Educating the Whole Child
We seek to educate the whole child, so that they are equipped with the curiosity and determination necessary to succeed in college and apply what they have learned to real-world situations.
Einstein students flourish when creative thinking is not just encouraged, but applauded and cherished; the Einstein School offers an environment where mistakes are viewed not as failures, but as the exploration of a path that simply led in the wrong direction.
The self-confidence our students gain through hard work and the acceptance of new ideas allows them to embrace personal integrity, to develop a deep sense of responsibility, and to make wise and ethical choices.
The Core Values of the Einstein School direct our attitudes and actions in all aspects, whether in the classroom or out in the world. They are the qualities we exemplify; we value them in ourselves and everyone in the Einstein family. At the Einstein School, we are all in; always learning; coloring outside the lines; committed to the cause; doing what is right; and non-judgmental.
Rising to the Challenge
We believe that the basis for a sound education does not rest solely on the rote memorization of facts, equations, and rules, but on students’ ability to creatively imagine the implications of this material on the world around them.
Einstein offers a safe, invigorating environment, where students can develop healthy friendships, thrive in student-centered classes, and rise to the challenge of meeting their full potential.
As educators, we not only strive to carefully instruct our students in a rigorous college preparatory curriculum, but also to help them develop the ability to think creatively, and to nurture their curiosity.
At Einstein, we always encourage students to ask, “What if…?”
Leadership at Einstein
Every member of our staff is a leader. At the Einstein School, we are all driven by a common purpose: a desire to inspire, challenge, and develop the students we are privileged to know.
Einstein students are the future of our communities, our country, and our world, and we recognize there is no greater responsibility than developing their curiosity and engaging their love of learning.
At the Einstein School, senior staff members form the TrueNorth Leadership Team, which is dedicated to ensuring that Einstein’s philosophy, educational promises, and core values manifest in all aspects of our school.
TrueNorth keeps Einstein focused on its responsibilities to our students and to each other and reminds all of us to constantly strive to improve. We consider the world around us, the challenges and opportunities in front of us, and then motivate our students to excel as we work together to create the Einstein School’s unique educational journey.

This school changed my life. I would recommend Einstein to anyone without a second thought. The Einstein School definitely has something special going on, don’t miss out!
— Alum, Einstein School
The thing that makes the Einstein School truly stand out unlike any other school is the small class sizes. I can state with confidence that the focused learning environment has been a powerful tool in the advancement of my education. The environment has allowed for unique relationships to be built between students and faculty while still providing a quality education.
— Alum, Einstein School
Einstein School goes well beyond working with individual students and does whatever it takes to take each one to their highest academic and social successes. There is no “usual” lip service here; action is the standard, and there is no end to the flexibility and high values espoused by the administration and faculty.
— Faculty, Einstein School
As a graduate of the Einstein School I cannot recommend it enough. The staff played an influential role in my development throughout high school and gave me the tools necessary to succeed at the next level.
— Alum, Einstein School
The small class sizes and personally involved teachers and staff made Einstein a great fit for our daughter. The staff at Einstein are advocates for your child and work to do what is needed to bring academic success. We are thankful for Einstein.
— Parent, Einstein School
The Einstein School is so much better than any other institution our family has tried. The administration is amazingly forward-thinking about education, and the teachers are passionate and really try to connect with the students. This school would be a steal at twice the tuition!
— Parent, Einstein School
The Einstein School was life changing for my son. He attended all four years of high school at this institution and was supported beyond measure. Classes are small and instructors genuinely take an interest in the students. Einstein School offers both gifted and remedial courses depending on a student’s abilities. The flexibility among staff is a refreshing change from the cookie cutter approach in public school.
